I’m beard blind

I’ve realized it once or twice before that I don’t realize it when people have beards. (i.e.: “Oh, you mean your friend with the beard?” “No.” And then of course the friend in question indeed has a Herculean hairmask.)

So when I saw a photo of Mayur in this article I thought — whoa, that must have been a helluva long time ago. Nope. Saw him both before and after. 

I wonder if this blindness runs more common in females, like the reverse of colorblind.
